Terms & Conditions – Premium Proxy Care Subscription

Effective Date: Upon Activation of Subscription

This Terms & Conditions agreement ("Agreement") establishes a professional, collaborative partnership between Sitekick Proxy Services ("Sitekick", "we", "our", or "your Proxy partner") and the subscribing property owner ("Client", "you", or "your"). By activating a Premium Proxy Care Subscription, you agree to the following operational guidelines designed to protect your investment and streamline your property operations.

1. Scope of Partnership & Service Tiers

Sitekick operates strictly as your dedicated, on-site administrative extension and logistical proxy. We execute tasks solely under your explicit direction and authorisation.

For unlisted units, second homes, or private retreats, our services include:

• Monthly Ventilation & Air-Flow Optimization: Opening windows, cycling air conditioning systems, and refreshing air to prevent moisture buildup.

• Monthly Visual Integrity Monitoring: Visual walkthroughs of high-risk structural and cosmetic zones (ceilings, under-sinks, bathrooms) to catch visible dampness or leaks early.

• Secure Key Custody & Access Proxy: Holding unit keys securely to grant door-opening access to verified building personnel or vendors.

• Photo-Verified Status Logs: Delivering digital photographic updates after each visit.

• Optional Housekeeping: Quarterly Refresh Housekeeping is available upon request at a fixed rate of RM200 per session (billed separately).
