Job Description Offered: We protect your interior investment during furniture or large appliance deliveries. Our proxy inspects the items for manufacturing defects before signing the delivery order and actively monitors the delivery team to prevent scuffs, scratches, or dents to your walls, doors, and flooring.

Sitekick Proxy On-Demand operates strictly as an administrative, observational, and supervisory local proxy service. While we exercise the utmost professional care on-site, our team does not provide certified structural engineering, professional surveying, or licensed technical diagnostics. All physical repairs, installations, and maintenance works are executed by independent third-party vendors; final craftsmanship warranties and liability remain strictly between the property owner and the respective vendor.

We know plans can change, and we always aim to be as flexible as possible! To help us keep our proxies ready and ensure everyone gets timely service, we operate with the following guidelines:

  • Securing Your Slot: Full payment is kindly required upon order confirmation to officially lock in your proxy. Because this time is exclusively reserved for your property, payments are non-refundable.

  • Need to Reschedule? No worries at all! To lock in your preferred new time, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, it will be automatically subjected to our next earliest available slot.

  • On-Site Turnaway / No-Show: If our proxy arrives at the property but is unable to carry out the task due to unexpected building management restrictions, incorrect keys, or a third-party vendor/tenant failing to show up, the session will be billed at full price to fairly compensate the proxy for their time and travel.

  • Base Service Window: Each On-Demand Proxy deployment covers the standard duration specified in the service description.

  • Additional Hours: If a task requires extra time on-site due to third-party delays, extensive auditing, or complex coordination, any subsequent hour will be charged at RM 50 per hour.

  • Rounding Rule: To ensure fairness while protecting our proxy's schedule, any time extension exceeding 15 minutes into the next hour will be deemed a full 1-hour charge.

  • After-Hours Surcharge: Emergency crisis deployments initiated after 5:00 PM will attract a flat RM 100 after-hours surge fee per trip, added to the base rate of the service.
